The web pages available at wireframeapp.io.com and all linked pages ("Site"), are owned and operated by Appcepted Pte Ltd, a Singapore Private Limited company and is accessed by you under the Terms of Use described as below ("Terms").
Please read these terms carefully before using the services. By accessing the site, viewing any content or using any services available on the site (as each is defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, which together with our Privacy policy, governs our relationship with you in relation to the site. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you should not and may not access the site.
By using wireframeapp.io, you agree to all the terms below.
The Site is an online community which enables photographers and graphic artists to post photographs and images, to promote their work, access and/or purchase services from time to time made available on the Site ("Services"). Services include, but not limited to, any service and/or content wireframeapp.io makes available to or performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site or through the Services. Content ("Content") includes, but not limited to text, messages, information, data, images and illustrations.
Your access to and use of the Site may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or any other reasons within or outside the control of wireframeapp.io. wireframeapp.io reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. wireframeapp.io may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or all of the Site and the Services without notice or liability. The Site should not be used or relied upon for storage of your photographs and images and you are directed to retain your own copies of all Content you post on the Site.
The Services offered by wireframeapp.io are for use by individuals who are mainly photographers and graphic artists. wireframeapp.io's Accounts may not be opened by galleries, agents or other market intermediaries and entities who represent photographers and graphic artists or sell their works.
We provide an online community that allows you to create online portfolios with the services that we provide. As sometimes things may go wrong, wireframeapp.io advises that you should always keep your own copies of content you post.
Before accessing to our Services, you are required to register an account with wireframeapp.io by providing your email address, a password and to provide all necessary information to complete the registration. The registration information you provide must be accurate and complete at all times. Failure to comply is seen as a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your wireframeapp.io account.
For the username that you will use to register, you may not use the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you are solely responsible for all actions conducted through your wireframeapp.io account.
Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are below 18 but at least 14 years old, you have to be authorized to access the Site by a parent or legal guardian. If you do not qualify for registration, you are not permitted to open an account or use the Services.
For parents or legal guardians, if you have authorized a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for the online conduct of the minor and the consequences of any misuse of the Site by the minor. Parents and legal guardians are warned that the Site may display photographs and images containing nudity and violence that may be offensive.
To fully use the services you need to create your own account without violating other peoples' rights. You will be responsible for all actions executed from your account.
All Content posted or submitted to the wireframeapp.io is the sole responsibility of the account holder. The account holder acknowledges the Content posted and agrees that you as the account holder, and not wireframeapp.io, are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, or otherwise submit to the wireframeapp.io. wireframeapp.io does not control user submitted Content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content posted.
You understand that by using the Site you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purposes that not reasonably intended by wireframeapp.io. You agree not to use the Services, as described in the following, but not limited to these examples:
To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person;
To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or other right of any person;
For any purpose (including posting or viewing Content) that is not permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction where you use the Services;
To post, transmit or cause any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information that belongs to other wireframeapp.io user;
To post copyrighted Content which doesn’t belong to you;
To use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our expressed written permission.
To take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of wireframeapp.io or any activities conducted on wireframeapp.io or bypasses any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the wireframeapp.io;
To advertise to or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services, or to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;
If you would like to report a suspected abuse of wireframeapp.ios or a breach of the Terms (other than relating to copyright infringement which is addressed under "COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS" below) please send written notice to wireframeapp.io at email: [email protected].
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of wireframeapp.io. wireframeapp.io reserves the absolute right, but has no obligations, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
You are not allowed to use wireframeapp.io to do anything unlawful, which includes posting pornographic or defamatory content, harassing or threatening people and interfering with the proper working of our system.
As long as you remain reasonable and responsible when using wireframeapp.io, we assure that you'll be fine.
Please read this section carefully before posting, uploading, or otherwise submitting any Content to wireframeapp.io.
In consideration of wireframeapp.io’s agreement to allow you to post Content to the wireframeapp.io, you agree with wireframeapp.io as follows:
You acknowledge that:
You retain full ownership or other rights in your Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contents that you had prior to uploading.
The content you submit to wireframeapp.io is owned and represented by you and is duly licensed by you. By submitting content to wireframeapp.io, you are granting wireframeapp.io a transferable, fully paid, worldwide (with a right to sublicense) and non exclusive license to use the content for publishing, distributing, reproducing, modifying, adapting, publicly performing and display of such Content in relation to the Services. This license will exist for the period during which the Content is posted on the Site and will automatically terminate upon the removal of the Content from wireframeapp.io.
The license granted to wireframeapp.io includes the right to use your Content fully or partially for promotional reasons and to distribute and redistribute your Content to other parties, web-sites, applications and other entities, provided such Content is attributed to you in accordance with the credits (such as your username, profile picture, photo title, descriptions, tags, and other accompanying information) as appropriate and as submitted to wireframeapp.io by you.
You shall not have any right to terminate the permissions granted herein, nor to seek, obtain, or enforce any injunctive or other equitable relief against wireframeapp.io, all of which such rights are hereby expressly and irrevocably waived by you in favour of wireframeapp.io.
Using industry recognized measures, wireframeapp.io restricts the ability of visitors to wireframeapp.io to make high resolution copies of Content posted on the Site. However, wireframeapp.io does not guarantee that Content posted on the Site will not be unlawfully copied without your consent. In addition, wireframeapp.io does not restrict the ability of users and visitors to the Site to make low resolution or ‘thumbnail’ copies of Content posted on the Site and you hereby expressly authorize wireframeapp.io to permit users and visitors to the Site to make such low resolution copies of your Content.
You represent and warrant that:
You are the owner of all rights, including all copy rights in and to all Content you submit to the site;
You have the full and complete right to enter into this agreement and to grant to wireframeapp.io the rights in the Content herein granted, and that no further permissions nor payments are required to be made to you or any other third party in connection with the use of Content by wireframeapp.io as contemplated herein;
The Content does not defame any person and does not infringe upon the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or any other right of any person, or violate any law or judicial or governmental order.
You will retain your full ownership to your content before uploading to wireframeapp.io and you have to ensure that your content does not violate any low of order.
wireframeapp.io has your permission to use your content for promotional reasons, whereby you will be given credits for. Under this permission, however, we will protect your copyright and will not be able to sell your content.
wireframeapp.io provides premium services to holders of its "Basic" and "Pro" accounts. In addition to the general terms and conditions provided for by these Terms, the following terms and conditions apply specifically to premium account holders:
Services available to premium account holders are described on the account Upgrade page. Any feature that is not described on the account Upgrade page cannot serve as grounds for refund of an premium account. wireframeapp.io may modify, suspend or discontinue partial or full Services provided to premium account holders at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
wireframeapp.io provides new premium account holders with a 14 day trial period and will provide a full refund if you choose to terminate your premium account within this period. If you choose to terminate your premium account only after the 14 day trial period, you will be responsible for paying your premium account fee up to the pre-defined Termination Date from the time whereby you execute the termination.
Any refund owing to you will be paid within 30 days of the Termination Date provided your request for termination has the complete information required, which includes your username and full name as it appears in your PayPal account or on your credit card.
We offer free 14-day no-obligation trial to try all the features of Basic and Pro accounts. However, if you terminate your account after the 14-day period, you are liable to pay for the fee up to the Termination date. Refunds apply only to services described on upgrade page.
wireframeapp.io maintains a fair usage policy to ensure stable and fast service to all users.
Premium accounts are limited to maximum of 1,000 new images per account in total (approximately 3,000GB of storage) and 10GB of data transfer per month. Premium accounts that exceed this limit for several months will be notified of their usage and restrictions may be imposed if usage is not corrected. You may be asked to upgrade your account to lift the restrictions.
Should you use more than your fair share of storage and data transfer, restrictions may be imposed until the usage is corrected.
wireframeapp.io respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond promptly to any claims that Content posted on wireframeapp.io infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Infringement") of any person. wireframeapp.io will use reasonable efforts to investigate allegations of Infringement. Under applicable intellectual property law, where wireframeapp.io believes an Infringement has taken place, Scrennnn will take appropriate actions, including removing or disabling access to the Content claimed to be infringing and terminating the user accounts and access to the wireframeapp.io.
If we remove or disable access to Content in response to a notice of Infringement, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the user who posted the affected Content. If you feel that your Content is not infringing, you may provide wireframeapp.io with a counter notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Infringement Counter Notification" at [email protected]. You must include in your counter notice with sufficient and accurate information to enable wireframeapp.io to make a reasonable determination. Please note that you may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that your Content is not infringing the copyrights of others.
To notify wireframeapp.io of a possible Infringement, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Infringement" and send to [email protected] by including in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement sufficient to enable wireframeapp.io to make a reasonable determination. Please note that you may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing your copyright.
If you are uncertain whether an activity constitutes Infringement, we recommended seeking advice of an attorney.
We respect copyright of intellectual property and will not hesitate to take action if any infringements is verified upon investigations. If you detect any form of possible infringements, please send an email with all the necessary details to [email protected].
The Services may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because wireframeapp.io has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that wireframeapp.io is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that wireframeapp.io shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Some people may post links to another sites, which we are not responsible for.
You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge wireframeapp.io, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and any personnel assigned from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of wireframeapp.io and the Services.
You hereby agree to indemnify wireframeapp.io, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of (i) a breach of these Terms, (ii) Content posted on wireframeapp.io, (iii) the use of the Services, by you or any person using your account or wireframeapp.io Username and password, (iv) the sale or use of your Store Images, or (v) any violation of any rights of a third party.
You agree to indemnify wireframeapp.io for any possible damages that you may have while using wireframeapp.io. We recommend that you always keep a backup of your contents.
In no event shall wireframeapp.io be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or other Legal theory with respect to the site, the service or any content (i) for any lost profits or Special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, (ii) for any direct damages.
wireframeapp.io is not liable for any damages in any manner or in any events.
wireframeapp.io, wireframeapp.io.com and other wireframeapp.io graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of wireframeapp.io. wireframeapp.io’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of wireframeapp.io. The images and icons available in the wireframeapp.io icon pack may used by partners and third party sites in connection with providing appropriate links to the wireframeapp.io Site.
Our trademarks and brands cannot be used without our written consents.
If you wish to terminate your wireframeapp.io account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. It is your responsibility to remove all Content from your account prior to termination.
wireframeapp.io may also terminate or suspend any and all Services and/or your wireframeapp.io account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination of your account, wireframeapp.io will automatically remove all Content posted to your account.
Upon termination of your account, you will lose your access to wireframeapp.io and your content will be removed.
wireframeapp.io reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms, wireframeapp.io will notify you by posting an announcement on the site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at wireframeapp.io’s sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using any service or viewing any content following notification of a material change to the terms shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms as modified.
wireframeapp.io may make changes to these Terms and you will be notified.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind wireframeapp.io in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
wireframeapp.io shall not be liable for any failures to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond wireframeapp.io’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
wireframeapp.io may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms and its rights and obligations without consent. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singpore courts. Both parties agree that the Terms is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms, and that all modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.

wireframeapp.io is not responsible for any business relationships that may arise. wireframeapp.io is also not liable for any failures beyond our reasonable control. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
