Collaborators & Admins

Using WireframeApp, you can invite your teammates as collaborators. By doing so, you can keep updating your teammates on any changes made on the project. In the case that you and teammates need to work on multiple projects, you can assign teammates as admin users to help you manage.

WireframeApp also supports real-time collaboration, which means changes made will be synced in real-time across browsers and devices.


Adding Collaborators

Follow these step by step instructions to add collaborators to your project.

  1. Click on Collaborators item on the toolbar.
  2. On the popup panel, click on Add button.
  3. Enter email address of the collaborator and select access level from the dropdown menu.
  4. Confirm with Save button.

Manage Admins

You can assign teammates to help you in managing your accounts, inviting other teammates, or even creating and deleting accounts.

  1. Go to Project Dashboard by clicking on WireframeApp logo on top-left corner of the page.
  2. Click on switch / manage button.
  3. There is a dropdown arrow next to your account listing, click on that to reveal menu items.
  4. Choose menu item Manage Admins.
